Shipping Policy Overview
This page explains how shipping addresses are verified, when promotional free ground shipping applies, how approximate shipping dates are handled, and what happens with address corrections or undeliverable shipments.
For customer protection, we may request supporting documents when shipping and billing addresses differ, and shipments are normally sent to the verified billing address.
Shipping Address & Free Ground Shipping
If the shipping address is different from the billing address of the credit card, we may request additional supporting document for secure transaction.
Any promotional free ground shipping by the Site is only valid for the 48 contiguous states within the continental United States.
Approximate Shipping Dates
All shipping dates are approximate and are subject to the availability of goods and receipt of all necessary information.
Insured Shipments & Delivery Delays
All shipments are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft, and damage.
We will not be responsible, however, for any damage, loss, or expenses arising from delays in shipment or other non-performance of this Sale Agreement by or imposed by acts of God, riots, natural disasters, fires, strikes, governmental action, or any other cause beyond our control.
Address Corrections
Address corrections made while in transit will be an additional expense to the credit card holder as we incur charges from the shipping carrier for the service.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Refused or undeliverable shipments returned to us will be refunded, but not including any additional shipping costs the Customer paid for. However, if the return is due to our error, then shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Verified Billing Address
For the Customer's protection, we normally ship to the verified billing address of the Customer's payment card only.
