Purchasing Your Duplicator – General Questions:

  • Service:

All of our manual duplicators come with a three-year labor and one-year parts warranty standard. An extended warranty is offered for an additional cost. Our technical support is available for telephone support from 9am to 5pm PST, Monday-Friday at 866-817-4094. You can also reach our head technician at Techsupport@produplicator.com. Many of our sales representatives are also familiar with the duplicators and are well-qualified to help you select or operate your duplicator.

We have been in business for over 10 years. We have served and satisfied thousands of customers and pride ourselves in service. We are also registered with the Los Angeles Better Business Bureau. We strive to assist and listen to our customers in order to provide the best service to have you keep coming back to us.

  • How do the 1-4, 1-6, 1-8, and 1-10 operate?

Our even number duplicators operate slightly differently from our odd number duplicators. You may have noticed, for example, that the 1-3 and the 1-4 duplicator share the same number of drives. The difference is that the 1-3 duplicator holds one Read Only Memory drive (ROM drive) and three Re-Writable drives (RW drives) but the 1-4 duplicator holds four RW drives and includes a hard drive. By loading your master disc into the hard drive of the duplicator and using it as your source, you can utilize all four drives to make your copies. If you were to get the 1-3 duplicator with a hard drive, however, the ROM drive would be idle because it does not write. Therefore, if you plan to get a hard drive for your duplicator, consider getting an even number duplicator to utilize all drives for your copies.
