Purchasing Your Duplicator – General Questions:

All of our manual duplicators come with a three-year labor and one-year parts warranty standard. An extended warranty is offered for an additional cost. Many of our sales representatives are also familiar with the duplicators and are well-qualified to help you select or operate your duplicator.

• How do the 1-4, 1-6, 1-8, and 1-10 operate?

Our even number duplicators operate slightly differently from our odd number duplicators. You may have noticed, for example, that the 1-3 and the 1-4 duplicator share the same number of drives. The difference is that the 1-3 duplicator holds one Read Only Memory drive (ROM drive) and three Re-Writable drives (RW drives) but the 1-4 duplicator holds four RW drives and includes a hard drive. By loading your master disc into the hard drive of the duplicator and using it as your source, you can utilize all four drives to make your copies. If you were to get the 1-3 duplicator with a hard drive, however, the ROM drive would be idle because it does not write. Therefore, if you plan to get a hard drive for your duplicator, consider getting an even number duplicator to utilize all drives for your copies.

• How many CDs or DVDs can it copy in an hour?
